“My family says I was singing since before I could talk. I would crawl and toddle around singing, no words, just singing. Then…. when I learned to talk, I sang instead of talking to people and instead of “thinking out loud” I was always singing whatever I was thinking about.”  We are delighted to present Marnée, fifteen year old, guitarist and singer who has written her own music and produced two albums.

 BYU Young Ambassadors

The Young Ambassadors perform Harmony: The Music of Life, a stage production celebrating favorites from some of America’s best loved musical scores like Carousel, Dream Girls, Wicked, and Prince of Egypt and show also highlights hits from artists like Benny Goodman, Michael Buble, and Billey Joel.  The Young Ambassadors combine professional sound and staging with captivating choreography into a 90 minute presentation.

Brad Richter

Brad Richter, guitarist, solist and composer, has perfromed around the world with renowned chamber ensembles and artists, including cellist Victor Uzer . Brad is an composer his on brand of chamber music, combining genres such as world, Native America, popular and classical music.  While at home in Tucson, Brad  focuses on his work as Executive Director of Lead Guitar, a not-for-profit which establishes guitar programs in schools around the US  with large populations of at-risk-youth. In 2009/2010 Lead Guitar programs are  teaching 850 kids to play the guitar and training 40 public school teachers to  teach guitar.

The New York Times wrote of him:  “He is able to make the keyboard sing and that, God knows, is a talent as treasurable as it is rare.  Beautifully refined playing, with tonal colors exhaustively employed.”
